Holkar science college is a public university established on 1891. It is located in the in the South area of East Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Dr, Suresh Silawat is the principal of the college. Indeed, the motto of the university is “Lead me from Darkness to Light.” HSC is approved and affiliated UGC and Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. It is re-accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “A” in 2016. Moreover, it is a co-educational government college and also provide the regular courses. The college has programs for different academic levels: Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and M.Phil in Science and Computer Applications. Admission into UG and PG programs depends on your academic performance (merit-based). Whereas, for M.Phil and Ph.D. programs, you need to clear a test called the Doctoral Entrance Test (DET).
